A boar is a tough creature that is perfectly adapted to live and operate in the confi ned spaces of

brush and woods. He can turn on a dime, and unleash his awesome power in spite of the tangled

mess of vegetation around him. Inspired by the strengths of this mighty game animal, we have

created a rifl e that would be perfect for the hunter who chases his quarry in dense woods or from a

tree-stand, or for the rancher who likes to keep a versatile rifl e handy in the back of his pickup.

The T3 Big Boar Synthetic features a quick-handling 19 barrel, cold-hammerforged and

free-fl oated. The stock is made of durable fi berglass-reinforced polymer, and it features a straight

comb and ambidextrous palm-swell. The detachable magazine holds three rounds choose

between 308 Win, 30-06, or 300 WSM. Overall, the rifl e measures only 39.5 in length and

tips the scales at 6.1lbs.

How accurate is the T3 Big Boar Synthetic? You guessed it. Just as accurate as its full-size brothers:

it too passes the 1 MOA test before being shipped to the United States. This makes this rifl e an

T3 SUPER VARMINT

The Tikka T3 Varmint line has met with such overwhelming success that we got even bolder. We

have started with a sturdy and glass-smooth T3 stainless action, and built a rifl e around it that spells

accuracy and versatility. Varmint-hunting is a gadget sport, so we have slapped a Picatinny rail on

top of the receiver, enabling you to accessorize the rifl e to your hearts content. In addition, the

top of the action is drilled and tapped to accept Weaver mounts, like our other T3 rifl es.

The fi berglass-reinforced polymer stock features an adjustable comb an idea we borrowed from

our own T3 Tactical. And heres the kicker: the adjustable comb is perfectly ambidextrous as is

the palm-swell on the pistol-grip thereby making the rifl e perfectly comfortable for right and

left-handed shooters alike. Moreover, we have added an extra swivel stud so that you can attach a

bipod and still have the front stud for the sling.

The barrel is a true varmint-style tube heavy weight for maximum rigidity and extreme accuracy.

This rifl e is perfectly capable of churning out " groups at 100 yards with factory loads right out

of the box. The trigger is adjustable from 2 to 4 lbs: as with all Sako and Tikka rifl es, this can be

easily performed from the magazine-well using a simple Allen key.

In all, the Tikka T3 Super Varmint is designed to provide maximum comfort, accuracy and

enjoyment to the most demanding varmint shooter, at a price-tag that is nothing short of

unbeatable. The only drawback? Dont expect prairie dogs to love you after you buy one!

Until a few years ago, heres what you had to do if you wanted to buy a high-performance hunting

rifl e. You had to buy a rifl e of a reasonably good brand and send it out to different gunsmiths

for an action-job, a trigger-job, custom bedding, re-crowning and any other work that would

improve the rifl e and its accuracy. The long time required for all this often matched the high cost.

With the Tikka T3, these times are happily over. We have done all this work for you, without

asking you to wait or pay for it.

The Tikka T3 Hunter features a glass-smooth action, a crisp, adjustable trigger, match-grade

cold-hammer-forged barrel and a perfect mating between stock and metal. How does it shoot?

Better than any custom project: no Tikka T3 is even put on our shipping dock unless it groups

within 1 inch at 100 meters (110 yards). Besides this fabulous performance, we have managed to

throw in a few extra features such as elegant but snazzy American-style design, easily-detachable

magazine and free aluminum scope rings (40mm objective diameter maximum).

T3 Lite uses a lightweight injection-molded synthetic stock that reduces weight a full 7 ounces.
