Tigers TKD Belt System Tigers Green-Striped First Goal. Beginner Tigers Blue-Striped Second Goal. Intermediate Tigers Red-Striped Third Goal. Advanced Tigers Black-Striped Fourth Goal. Graduation Prep Upon graduating to the White Belt, Tigers TKD students may transfer into the Children TKD Program. These students would be considered the same rank in the Children Tae Kwon Do Program. Students may also graduate out of Tigers TKD Program through the Instructor's recommendation. However, ranking may be varied in these graduations. These students may be considered for other ranks upon entering the Children Tae Kwon Do Program. White Belt Final Goal. Graduation
