With the win, Sanchez extended his winning streak to seven games, which ties the longest of his career since he won seven straight from July 24-September 11, 2013. Nick Castellanos hit a grand slam home run in the third inning off Mike Montgomery who loaded the bases on an infield hit and two walks.
