NEO 80 SoftmasterThe Softmaster is a practical retraction aid for pocket doors. For optical reasons and to have

use of the entire doorway, the door should be fully retracted into the wall. By simply touch-

ing the door, the Softmaster pushes it out of the wall pocket for convenient closing.

NEO 80 Linear-ReturnIf a passage is to be kept closed as often as possible, the NEO 80 Linear-Return accesso-

ry kit offers a simple and cost-conscious solution. The sliding door closes automatically

after opening by means of an expander system. Thus it is the ideal solution for rooms

in which electrically driven door systems are neither possible nor desired. The door is

returned at a nearly linear speed. On the closing side, an intake damper catches the door

discreetly and brings it slowly to the fi nal position.

Despite the compact design of the track system, the

ALU 100 NEO has a high load bearing capacity with a

tested longevity of more than 200,000 operations. With

its versatile continuous wall bracket and cover options,

combined with a modern appearance, this variable

profi le system offers solutions for every door installation

The current version, the ALU 100 NEO, includes in

The latest generation: EVOLUTION 3. The absence

of visible fastening screws ensures the polished and

anodized surface of the track is even more effective,

resulting in a pure and elegant design.

In addition to this outward improvement, a lot has hap-

pened behind the scenes. This new profi le combination

allows for custom lengths. At the same time, the damp-

ing trigger can now be placed anywhere along the track,

and the end position of the door can be arbitrarily

defi ned. Furthermore, the newly designed drive can be

precisely tuned and thus offers additional advantages

for this design classic.

With EVOLUTION 3, the tried and tested pneumatic

damper is used again, ensuring the door is braked

with the touch of a feather into the fi nal position.

RETROBack to the roots

Inspired by our more than 100-year tradition of sliding

door hardware, the youngest member of the TIGER

Product family, the RETRO, was born.

This hardware for wooden doors is based on classic barn

door design. Solid blackened steel provides an authentic

look that evokes stability and reliability. This traditional

design is now combined with state-of-the-art sliding

door technology. While innovations like intake dampers

are not usually associated with this type of hardware,

we use a 3 chamber damper, installed in the door itself

and thus not visible, allowing doors of up to 100 kg, to be

gently and comfortably positioned.

A special technical highlight is the fl exible arrangement

of the components, which for example, allows for variable

spacing from the wall. RETRO adapts to different door

thicknesses or structural conditions without additional

constrictions.

The application of DIN EN 1527 refers to standardised performance criteria and test

procedures for the classifi cation of fittings for sliding and folding doors:

Description of catalogues and brochuresIf a product is not described in concrete terms in our catalogues,

prospects, performance specifi cations and so on, the requirements

for individual products must be discussed or agreed with us. Our

specifi cations concerning the composition of the fi ttings and the fi elds

of application are binding.

Care and maintenanceSafety-relevant components of the fi ttings must be checked regularly

to see that they are fi rmly seated and have not become excessively

worn. Depen- ding on the requirements, the appropriate measures

should be taken and/or parts should be replaced. The tracks of rollers

with steel wheels must be cleaned at regular intervals and greased ap-

propriately. Only cleaning agents that do not contain any components

that encourage corrosion may be used.

Information and instruction obligationsIn order to fulfi ll the obligation to provide information and instruc-

tions, catalogues, prospects, tendering texts, assembly instructions,

installation drawings, servicing and operating instructions as well as

– where necessary– factory consultation or training are available to

architects, specialist dealers, consulting institutions, the installer or

builder, and the user.

Architects and planners are obliged to request and to observe the

necessary product information for the selection, fi tting, operation

and maintenance of these products. Specialist dealers or consulting

institutions are obliged to observe the product information and to

request all the necessary instructions from us and to pass these on to

the installer and user. Installers are obliged to observe all the product

information and to pass servicing instructions on to the client or user.

Warranty termsWe guarantee the fault-free functioning of all our products for 24

months, with the exception of wearing parts, electronic components,

components purchased from other manufacturers and special, cus-

tomer-specifi c models.

In accordance with product liability law for manufacturers (§ 4

ProdHG), and regardless of other country-specifi c laws our perfor-

mance, servicing, information and instruction obligations are to be

observed. Failure to observe them releases the manufacturer from its

liability.

What the warranty covers:We guarantee that our products are shipped without manufacturing

faults. The warranty commences at the moment of the transfer of risk,

and only applies vis-à-vis the respective contractual partner. Warran-

ty claims cannot be transferred to third parties.

A manufacturing fault is present if the product is not suitable for the

purpose for which we have clearly described and intended it, or if it

is not of normal commercial quality. If the product is combined with

or inseparably bonded to a product from another manufacturer we

accept no liability for any damage to the product of the third party or

to the whole assembly.

What the warranty does not cover:In contrast to the case of manufacturing faults, this warranty excludes

all damage to products from us that occurs as a whole, in part or as a

consequence of the following circumstances in particular:

a) incorrect use, misuse, or the use of excessive force. b) natural wear

and tear.

c) failure to observe the assembly and servicing instructions.

d) circumstances in which the products are used for purposes for

which they were not intended.

e) damage by third parties.

f) damage from environmental infl uences or catastrophes.

g) modifi cations to the product, unless these have demonstrably been

authorized by us.

h) site-specifi c changes to our original specifi cations by the customer.

i) faults caused by incorrect installation or inadequate servicing.

Liability for logically consequential and all other damageUnder no circumstances can we be considered liable under this war-

ranty for any other damage, whether caused directly or indirectly, and

whether as a side effect or as a direct and logical consequence. The

warranty exclusively covers faults that are notifi ed in good time during

the warranty period, and the subsequent exchange or repair, free of

charge, of the products demonstrably subject to production faults for

which we are responsible.

If on-site fault rectifi cation is wanted, we must be paid for the addi-

tional expense. We may require that the faulty parts are sent to us for

repair and subsequent return, or that the faulty part is kept available.

If it is established that we are not responsible for the fault, all the costs

that have arisen in conjunction with this must be paid.

We are not liable for contracts, unauthorized handling, costs or fees,

loss or damage to private or other legal persons or companies. This

also applies, in particular, to losses or fi nancial damage that occurs

either as a direct and logical consequence or indirectly as a result of

a manufacturing fault for which we are responsible or a breach of

warranty.

Exclusivity of the warrantyThis is the only warranty that we give. Any other warranties – spoken,

documented or suggested by some legislation – are hereby excluded

provided that this does not breach statutory regulations.

Documentation and illustrationsAll the illustrations we use are to be considered approximately,

and cannot therefore form the basis of any claim. In addition, we retain

the right to make changes of any kind and at any time to our products.
