An Organization might have good number of foreign workers (expats) working in various departments. They might be entitled for ticket benefits to have their annual vacation with their family abroad or to go on business trip. For which there may exist specifications on entitlement of ticket benefits based on level of employment. ● Employee needs to raise ticket request and have to follow the approval process.● Management needs to keep track of employee's travel details and entitlements of tickets
The intended system is designed to keep track of all ticket requests being raised and to maintain complete accrual cycle of ticket benefits for each employee. It enables every employee to initiate ticket request for their own as part of self-service application which gets routed for manager approval and finally to ticket admin to process the ticket.
