TicketManager consists of:

1. Box office module – online ticket sales through the city's box offices.2. Web sales module – online ticket sales on vendors' websites.3. Terminal module – online ticket sales through self-service terminals.4. Access Control System (ACS) module – organization and control of entry to events according to sold tickets and issued invitations.

MODULE: BOX OFFICE. PC-installed box office software featuring:

• ticket cash sales

• ticket cashless sales (pos terminals for bank cards);

• subscription sales;• issue of invitations

• booking of seats helping to create, adjust and cancel bookings

• ticket return subject to the established rules;• use of discounts and extra charges for customers subject to published sales conditions

• full-featured tracking of ticket forms according to series and numbers (sold, rejected forms)• generation of reports on actual ticket sales in a certain box office point• generation of reports for a certain period• tickets can be printed using commercial ticket printers or office models (for the light box office module)

To purchase a full-featured e-ticket (the system will generate a unique bar code on the ticket that will be used for entry and entry control), one should:

• sign up on the website

Module: terminals.online ticket sales through self-service terminalsAfter you select an event, venue and pay, the terminal issues a slip with the information agreed with a vendor and a unique bar code used for entry.
