Annual Meeting of the Thunderbird Hill Homeowners

Association Villages II & III

will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020

7:00 pm at the clubhouse.

Annual Reports, Election of Board Members and

other items may be heard and voted on.

The board may also be proposing changes to

the covenants at the annual meeting.

Please plan to attend this meeting

Social Hour 5:00 ~ Dinner Served 5:30

Cost for Dinner Tickets are $7 each and you must have a ticket to attend.

Please sign up in the clubhouse & get your tickets from Janice Parker or Heather Moore.

Please bring your favorite beverage to drink and your own table service.

Please contact Heather Moorefor any questions on the dinner.

50/50 tickets will also be sold at this event !

Total attendees can not exceed 71; therefore, please signup in the clubhouse by January 16th.

Proxy Voting for Annual Meeting

If you are unable to attend the January 16th Annual Meeting for election of new Board Members, and you wish to assign someone as proxy to vote in your absence;

Please fill out and sign the proxy form you received before the meeting and deposit it in the mailbox at the clubhouse, or give the signed form to any Board Member, or have the person you select as your proxy bring it to the meeting to vote in your absence.
