Being a Conscious Woman Entrepreneur requires putting decision-making
strategies to good use every single day.
And sometimes those decisions can seem really tough although they
don't have to be.
When you learn how to make decisions easily and effortlessly, you
can experience even greater success in your life.
And if you find yourself laboring a long time over decisions, you may find
yourself overwhelmed, worn-out, or in serious need of outside "life" support.
If you have ever given birth to a baby and helped them as they grew into
adulthood, this process may seem very familiar--the anticipation, the joys and
the sorrows, and the seemly endless barrage of decisions that you have to
make as a parent at every step along the way.
How do you make the best decisions?
You could consult a Magic 8 Ball, it's a fun technique, although I don't
believe it's all that reliable. When my Transformational Business Strategy
clients need new ways make the best business decisions possible, I share
these three powerful strategies. These three strategies have served as my
personal guideposts in business for over twenty years, once I learned
these, decision-making became quick, simple, and more aligned for me.

1. Is this in my highest and best interest?
Whether it be a business activity, agreement, or approach, I encourage
you to start with this question.
This is a powerful first question and helps cut through the emotional brain
chatter, and when you add in muscle testing, a way to incorporate the
innate knowing that you already have in your body, you have an additional
layer of clarity.
2. Does this move my BIG Vision forward?
Do you know your BIG vision, are you making decisions every day that move
you towards it or away from it?
One of the things that I help my clients articulate is their big vision, this is a
high-level overview approach to running their business. From there we
create their objectives, strategies, and plans to make their business more
successful.
3. Does this make good business sense?
This final question addresses the bottom-line, whether it is around finances,
policies, and procedures, or something else equally pressing in your
business.
This question reminds you that the ultimate decision-making authority and
that accountability for that decision stops with you!

button, and share your business or personal decision that you've been
wrestling with, and how learning these three powerful decision-making
strategies have helped you reach an answer easily and effortlessly.
These three powerful decision-making tools, work together in unison. I
remind my clients that they need to wholeheartedly answer YES-YES-and
YES to all three questions. And if there is a YES to only one or two
questions--the overall answer is NO. Asking the three questions of yourself
is an easy and simple process, and it takes courage and persistence to
accept the answers, especially when answers are not what we first
expected.
YES-YES-YESDo you remember a time when you initially said yes to something and
moved forward, but upon further reflection, thought, or experience you
regretted saying yes? These three strategies allow you to take in more
information before you make your ultimate decision. Of course, mistakes
always happen, but the number of them will be far fewer by running your
decisions through these rapid fire strategies.
