Problem Words

• There are three little words that give some people needless problems: two, to, and too. If these words were not pronounced the same, they would be easy, but English grammar is not always simple. Luckily, these three words can be quickly mastered.

This Might Help

• Who wants two? Look at the w’s and o’s in both words. That may help you remember which one of these three little words means a number.

• Two is an adjective because it tells how many, and that’s one thing an adjective does.
