A Typical Day

How we were able to help the Zimba Doser team:• Approximate market size• Provide background research to aid expansion

plans and partnership• Analyzed user base and provided approaches

to understand users’ need in India• Provided alternate revenue generating ideas• Designed a performance measurement systemAny questions about deliverables, we would be happy to answer during Q&A

Deliverables

• Everyone has specialized training to offer

• Many Olin ideation processes can be adopted to this project

• Best experiences are from discussions that this project facilitated

Lessons Learned

Huge success this year! What we would like to change:• Not just research (sitting on

computers)• Letting professors know that we are

here• Working on a closer-to-home project• Less burden on the coordinators

Program for next year

• Student run, with more lead time for coordinators

• Ideas for projects:• Product development• Consulting for a local start-up or NGO• Consulting for a green energy start up or NGO that

is not local• Designing something for the three schools• Improving something in the community • Continuing to work with the Zimba Doser team

Plan for next year

• Allows students to get to know individuals from each college

• Able to work on something that maters

• Learning how to work with people with different backgrounds

• Exploring topics that are not typically covered in school
