For this week’s customer service focus, we would like to clarify the payments process in order to explain [in a bit more detail] how the system is set up to protect you financially and get your payment over as fast as possible. We’re over the moon you love using the service, and want to make it as easy and as safe as we can for you to get the profit.

How long does it take to receive my funds?

It depends on the final sale price of your item.

Under $100:For all items under $100, you will receive payment within 24 hours of the item being delivered to the buyer. The system has to sync with UPS. So, once you see confirmation of delivery the payment should be credited to your Threadflip account within the next day. We also send an email notifying you when the funds are available to cash out so you can also keep an eye out for that message in your inbox.

Greater than or equal to $100:For items over $100, it takes a little bit longer since the buyer is given a 3-day buyer satisfaction guarantee. Once the item is delivered, the buyer has three days to confirm satisfaction. Keep in mind, returns are not mandatory unless they fall under the FFF category.

It might take a little longer, but you’re getting get paid so much more!

PRO-TIP: Handling the shipping yourself? Don’t forget to enter your tracking information on the “Sales” page so we can delivery. This is a MUST. Otherwise, we won’t be able to tell when the package is delivered and will have no way to confirm when your payment should be issued.

How do you receive payment?

We use PayPal for all payment transfers into your checking account. So, you will need to open an account and link your banking information in order to have the funds transferred there.

Once you are ready to transfer the funds, go to your Account page and select “Cash Out.”

PRO-TIP: To make sure you enter the correct email associated with your PayPal account when cashing out, login to PayPal prior to initiating the transfer. If an incorrect email address is entered, customer service has to get involved which will delay your pay day.
