• A CONTRACTOR LICENSED IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN AND APPROVED BY THE ACC MUST PERFORM ELECTRICAL ANDPLUMBING WORK. ALL PLUMBING MUST BE PROPERLY INSULATED FOR SOUND AND MUST BE ISOLATED FROM WALLS,STUDS, JOISTS, CEILINGS, AND FLOORING.
• ANY PLAN TO TEMPORARILY DISCONNECT A UNIT'S UTILITIES MUST OCCUR ON A DATE COORDINATED WITH THEPROPERTY MANAGER. AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED. IN THE EVENT THE SERVICES OF THE PROPERTYMANAGEMENT COMPANY OR ASSOCIATION ARE NECESSARY, THE UNIT OWNER MUST PAY ALL EXPENSES (INCLUDINGOVERTIME) WHEN USING SUCH SERVICES.
