lower abdomen Nausea, vomiting, fever,

cramping, abdominal rigidity, point tenderness

Blunt trauma (non-rupture): able to absorb forces (deform/return to original shape without permanent injury)

Rupture: Can be fatal (secondary to hemorrhage,
