1969 was a special year: man first set foot on the moon, it was the year of Woodstock, and the genesis of Thom-as & Thomas Rodmakers. To celebrate our 40th anniversary, T&T is offering a special limited edition series of graph-ite fly rods; forty 9’ #5 weight, hand- numbered trout rods, and forty 13’ #8 weight, hand-numbered spey rods, all of 4-piece construction.

The theme of this series is inspired by the 40th anniversary stone, the ruby. In keeping with this, the rod shaft is a deep, translucent ruby red. It is compli-mented by red agate stripping guides and deep red guide wraps, with silver accents.

Ashland, Oregon. Using traditional European hand-stitching and

western saddlery techniques, his distinct personal style is classic and

uncompromisingly clean. With hand-mitered French edges, Mason’s work

continues to set the standard by which the fly-fishing industry’s leather work is
