Dear Mr. Brejcha:

I am writing on behalf of the Village in response to your Freedom of Information Act request

dated May 10, 2012, which was received by Dean Krone on behalf of the Village on that same

date. Specifically, you requested:

1. updated status on the permits and permissions for the Get Itfacility;

2. any permits, applications, inspection reports, inspection responses,licenses, and status of any permits and inspections necessary for

Get It to open for business;

3. all records related to compliance of these permits, applications,inspection reports, licenses, and all other requests;

4. all correspondence including, but not limited to letters, reports, andemails regarding past and current opening dates of Get It;

5. up to date liquor licenses, adult entertainment facility license,building license, and other licenses granted to Get It.

Your requests are granted insofar as they exist in the Villages possession, and the responsive

documents are enclosed. To our knowledge, the Village does not have any correspondence
