Concurrent EmploymentEmployment Timeframe: November 1999 – November 2014Role: Senior pastorFor 15 years, I served as the senior pastor for three churches in Texas with my last position lasting for about 12 years. I retired from the ministry in November of 2014 in good standing with my congregation. My time as pastor occurred concurrently with my IT positions with full disclosure to Atos during this time. In this position I held regular team meetings (with my congregation), developed and implemented dozens of projects and provided leadership for outreach, training, internal processes and construction. As a pastor, I was required to assume responsibilities that included financial oversight, negotiation of agreements and contracts with providers and vendors and physical security. Although I am still an active member of a church in my local area, I do not foresee my return to a full-time ministry position.
