INITIAL FLYER

After viewing this letter, DC Tzu-Shao members were extremely moved and wanted to help spread the cause. Thus we were motivated to begin this project.

THE FIRST MEETINGDC Tzu-Shao first gathered to discuss possibilities on

how to approach the South Africa Books and School Supplies project. On 04/03/2011, members held a meeting to brainstorm ways to invite more people to participate in this project and gather more love throughout various neighborhoods. Members watched videos that reflected the lives of South Africans to understand the hardships that some of them face. During the meeting, DC Tzu-Shao created (1) a flyer to make it easier for those interested to understand the project and; (2) a letter to explain the project’s purpose.

A BIG THANK YOU!

From this project, DC Tzu-Shao has learned the importance of not only cherishing what they have; but also the need to give to others as well. DC Tzu-Shao is grateful of this opportunity to be able to give to the children in South Africa. However, DC Tzu-Shao could not have accomplished our goal without all the help and support from all of the caring SG/SB, neighbors, and friends. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank them for all of their support throughout the entire project. From brainstorming ideas to contacting local cultural schools; from taping boxes to making shipping arrangements and even taking pictures of the memory, DC Tzu-Shao wishes to express their never-ending gratitude.

DC Tzu-Shao couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you.
