VOCATION VIEWS Will you choose
to follow Jesus wherever he goes?
To say “yes” without hesitation
requires great trust. The reign of
God needs servants to trust. (Luke
9:18-24)
“Travelers looking for Mass Times and church locations, go to www.MassTimes.org”
This week is the Peter’s Pence Collection, which provides Pope Francis with the funds he needs to carry out his charitable works around the world. The proceeds benefit our brothers and sisters on the margins of society, including victims of war, oppression, and disasters. Join our Holy Father as a witness of charity to those who are suffering.
PARISH ANNOUNCEMENTS
In today’s second reading, St. Paul provides a
wonderful one-sentence summary of Christian
stewardship: “For the whole law is fulfilled in one
statement, namely, You shall love your neighbor
as yourself. STEWARDSHIP THOUGHT: It is only
the hand that is open to give that is open to receive. God cannot give us
what we refuse to take and God cannot give to us when our hearts and
hands cling too tightly to things on earth.
Your generosity during your lifetime has enabled Queen of Peace to serve
the people of God in this community. Continue to be a part of the
strength of this community by making a bequest in your Will to Queen of
Peace.

THE LOGIC OF BEING CATHOLIC by Dr. Ray Guarendi
Dr. Ray shares his story of how logic led him home to the Catholic Church. He found out that, contrary to his Protestant
misunderstandings, the Church is coherent and never contradicts herself. Dr. Ray explains how the answers to his objections to
Catholicism were both Biblical and believed by the earliest Christians. Explore the logic that led him to the fullness of truth.
