That Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners,
and was manifested in the flesh,
vindicated in the Spirit,
taken up in glory.

* Men’s Breakfast Wednesday mornings at 7:00 am in the Sanctuary. Cost is $4.
* Traffic Diversion Alert: Traffic on Royal Street will be diverted through the Northeast and Southeast entrances of the church parking lot for the emplacement of the new sewer system. This diversion will alleviate back up on Royal Street and is currently only to happen occasionally on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
* Rolly will be providing our Fellowship Meal this Wednesday at 5:15 pm. The menu can be found on the Salado UMC website.
* Join us Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for Dr. Mosser’s Lectionary Study in the Sanctuary immediate- ly following the Fellowship Meal.
* M&M Kids will meet Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for children K-6th grades. All children will meet in Room 117.
* Youth FourTwelve will meet Wednesdays at 6:00 pm (grades 7th & 8th) & Sundays 6:00 pm (Grades 9-12) in the YAC
* Looking for a new, short-term small group study?
- Sunday 5:oo pm in Room 119: Christianity & World Religions by Adam Hamilton, led by Kristen Von Gonten
- Sundays 6:00 pm at Beene Home: Prodigal God led by Deborah and Logan Beene ([email protected])
- Monday at 9:30 am Messy People: Life Lessons from Imperfect Biblical Heroes led by Kim Bird ([email protected])
Trunk or Treat
- October 31 from 5-7 pm in the SUMC parking lot. There will be free hot dogs and drinks, an All Saints table, games & prizes. Kona Ice Snow Cones will also be available for purchase.
- There are several ways to participate: decorate your car, bring treats for the treat walk, or run a game. You can sign up at the website (Children’s Ministry), Sundays in the atrium, or by calling the church office (947-5482).
- We are also in need of candy for Trunk or Treat. Please bring bags of individually wrapped candy to the church office or atrium not later than Sunday morning October 31st.
- Pumpkin decorating contest for ages 2-18. Bring your decorated pumpkin to the SUMC parking lot between 3:00-4:30 pm. Pumpkins will be judged during Trunk or Treat and winners announced Monday, Nov. 1st on the Salado Facebook page and the website. Winners will receive $20 gift cards to the Sugar Shack
* Sunday Funday has been rescheduled for Nov. 14th. Join us for fun & fellowship.
