From the Desk of Fr. Rob

I would like to thank everyone who participated in the

Holy Week celebrations. The prayerful entering into

each moment that brought Jesus and His disciples to that

single experience of the Resurrection of Our Lord gave

witness to all of us. Faith has a voice.

Thank you staff, Music Ministers, Proclaimers of the

Word, Ministers of the Altar, Eucharistic Ministers,

Ushers, the Environment Committee and all of you who

joined together to make this Easter “a Light to the

Nations”. As the Easter season progresses let’s keep

each other in prayer. In particular we pray for our RCIA

inquirers as they come to know the Lord and the

community that gathers in our parish for worship each

week.

God Bless you

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering

may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast

spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus

who healed those who trusted and believed. Amen.
