Small Business & Large Business tariffs

• Any energy account that uses at least 100,000 kW.h/year is classified as a Large business account. (100 MW.h = 100,000 kW.h)

• Being classified as a Large business customer increases the energy cost, e.g.

Energy consumption: 100,000 kWh(125 days x 20 h x 40.0 kW)

Days billed: 365Tariff 20 (S): $27,377Tariff 20 (L): $41,664 - 52% increase.Tariff 44 (L): $32,372 - 18% increase.Tariff 50 (L): $34,712 - 25% increase.
