This project includes all the classes of the school which take turns to prepare breakfast for all the students and the faculty once a week.

This project takes places on Tuesdays and on Wednesdays.

On Tuesdays two students go round the school to take the orders…

…while the others work in the kitchen.

The menu includes pizza, hot dogs and cakes, which are different every week.

The preparing phase, takes the whole school day, that is from 8.30 a.m to 1.00 p.m on

Tuesday.

On Wednesday mornings two students collect the final orders and the money from the classes.

Each piece costs one euro…

…other students put mozzarella cheese on the pizza and then, they heat it and also the hot dogs

Then they prepare the trays for each class according to

the final orders

When the bell rings for the break one student from each class comes to the kitchen to get in the tray for his/her class.

After breakfast the students clean the kitchen .

And calculate the morning profit.

Part of the profit is used to buy the ingredients for the next time.

The remaining part is used as funding for the school.

INSTRUCTIONS•melt the yeast in a cup of warm milk•pour the flour into a bowl and add all the other ingredients (the melted yeast, the warm water, the salt and the olive oil)•mix everything together very well and make a smooth dough•cover the bowl and leaven the dough for 3-4 hours•flatten the dough and put it on an oiled baking tray •season with the tomato sauce, the oregano, salt and oil and put it into the preheated oven (220°) for twenty minutes.•Take the tray out of the oven and add mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes and cook for another 7/8 minutes.
