January 21, 2010 VIA ELECTRONIC FILING Veronique Dubois Régie de l'énergie Tour de la Bourse 800, Place Victoria Bureau 255 Montréal , Québec H4Z 1A2 Re: North American Electric Reliability Corporation Dear Ms. Dubois: The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”) hereby submits this Notice of Filing of the following proposed Interconnection Reliability Operating Limit (“IRO”) standards set forth as Exhibit A to this petition that were approved by the NERC Board of Trustees on October 17, 2008: • IRO-008-1 — Reliability Coordinator Operational Analyses and Real-time Assessments; • IRO-009-1 — Reliability Coordinator Actions to Operate Within IROLs; and • IRO-010-1a 1 — Reliability Coordinator Data Specification and Collection.
