This bill has passed its first and second readings in the houseThis motion is on the Counter Terrorism & Security BillTHE BILL 1 Bye Bye HolidaysSeizure of passports from persons suspected of involvement in terrorismEmpower the Home Secretary to issue a Temporary Exclusion Order, which will ban a UK citizen who is abroad from returning for up to 2 yearsTHE BILL 2 Police stateUniversities and their Unions will have a legal obligation to prevent people being drawn into terrorism. And thus will be required to monitor and report anyone they believe is at risk of, or has in fact been drawn in to radical groups. The Home Office will be able to get court orders obliging bodies to comply with their obligations.Radical groups could include: GEM, LGBT, CND, SSP, SWP etc.Taken into consideration in observation relevant mental health issuesTHE BILL 3 Welcome to 1984Local authorities would be mandated to set up De-radicalisation panels.
