Thank You from the Batesville Food Pantry I wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you and your
congregations for the terrific support you have given the Batesville Food Pantry
over the past few months. Because of your extraordinary efforts, all of our clients
went home with extras for their Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. A can of
cranberry sauce or the fixings for a cake or batch of muffins may not sound like
much when you can afford these things. However to those who cannot provide any
extras for their families these items can mean so much. I know it was a bit of a
hassle to collect the items and transport them to the pantry...please accept my
personal thanks and those of everyone involved; all those who work there and all
those who come to us for food. We all appreciate it more than you can imagine.
You have all been really terrific to work with in 2016. Best wishes to you all for a
wonderful 2017, and I know we can all keep the Spirit of Christmas alive in our
hearts and souls throughout the year.
