PAYING FOR YOUR CLASSES:

Pay attention to payment deadlines! You must pay in full, enter a payment plan or have financial aid in place by the deadline or you risk your schedule being dropped.

If you are using Financial Aid, visit the Financial Aid office to make sure your paperwork is in order. The FAFSA is just one piece of the process.

Check your Financial Aid status on the student portal often to make sure you are not missing any documents. If you are not using Financial Aid, visit the Bursar/Student Accounts to set up a payment plan. This can also be done on the portal! NEW STUDENTS:

Attend New Student Orientation.

Get your ID picture taken at Security (Gabert Library lower level at JSQ; 2nd floor at NHC). Just show them your HCCC class schedule. Pick up your ID card at New Student Orientation.

Students who do not have access to a computer can borrow a Chromebook from the College. Students in need of a Chromebook for the for the fall semester (begins September 2) should submit a Coronavirus Concern Form: Be sure to include your full name, Student ID #, phone number and HCCC email. Students will be contacted with pick-up information.

Students who borrowed a computer for the spring or summer terms and are not enrolled for the fall must return their device to one of the food pantries once their class has ended. Food Pantries hours: Journal Square Monday and Wednesday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.; North Hudson Campus Tuesday and Thursday 11 a.m. -3 p.m.

PAYMENT DEADLINES FOR SUMMER/FALL 2020Payment Deadlines for Summer 2020Summer 1 2020: Full payment due or financial aid awards in place by the end of the term, or by Wednesday, 7/1.Summer II 2020: Full payment due or financial aid awards in place by the end of the term, or by Tuesday, 8/18.

Payment Deadlines for Fall 2020If registered before Saturday, 8/1, full payment due, payment arrangement secured, or financial aid awards in place by Thursday, 8/6.

If registered from Saturday, 8/1 through Tuesday, 9/1, full payment due, payment arrangement secured, or financial aid awards in place by Wednesday, 9/2.

If registered on Wednesday, 9/2 or after, full payment due, payment arrangement secured, or financial aid awards in place at the time of registration.
