IMPORTANT TIPS FOR VEGANS

In Northern Italy, butter and cheese are more commonly used in traditional dishes than in the South. If you are there, make sure they have not been used by talking to the Cook beforehand.

For some dishes such as Pesto alla Genovese, grated cheese may be added when served. Make sure they don’t put any on your dish.

There are millions of varieties for spaghetti, pizza marinara and bruschetta. Just tell the cook what you want to be added to your dish and they’ll be happy to do it.
