- A facility that offers a wide range of recreational activities and offers it user an eco-friendly way to enjoy their vacation. It is built with less intrusive methods of construction so as to not disturb it surrounding environment. It also help educate nearby communities in protecting and conserving their marine ecology. It is also environmentally friendly and self-sufficient.

CENTER FOR URBAN AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH

- A research and farming center found in the middle of the city. It serves as an educational center that provides alternative ways to farm in the city so as to bring closer the source of food. It will help minimize travel time and cost; and would also give more job opportunities for farmers in the city. Also the research center would help to develop and improve our agricultural practices, create new ways to farm and research ways for farming to be achievable in the city. It would also help increase production of agricultural produce.

ATHLETIC AND RECREATIONAL COMPLEX

- A complex is an establishment that offers different athletic facilities for basketball, tennis, badminton, swimming and the likes. It also has recreational facilities like playgrounds and parks available for resting and relaxing. It also has rooms for certain events, may be private or public events, and function rooms for different activities.
