vii FOREWORD The Author would like to express her gratitude to the God Almighty for the unending blessing and grace that He has given so that the author is able to finish this Thesis with the title “A PERSPECTIVE LEGAL STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF TOBACCO CONTROL TOWARDS YOUTH SMOKERS” as an academic requirement to obtain a bachelor degree in Business Law at the University of Pelita Harapan. A thesis is an individual project but cannot be done without the assistance and support of others. The Author would like to express her gratitude to the God Almighty for the

unending blessing and grace that He has given so that the author is able to finish

this Thesis with the title “A PERSPECTIVE LEGAL STUDY ON THE

IMPACT OF TOBACCO CONTROL TOWARDS YOUTH SMOKERS” as
