Levofloxacin• went to ER• nonsmoker• PMHx unremarkable
• Physical Exam: VSS, no adenopathy. Resp – coarse breath sounds right lung, no clubbing. Cardiac, neurologic, abdominal exam unremarkable.
• Bloodwork – leukocytosis and mild bandemia
