How to save the Date A *non-refundable deposit of *F$375 will be required to save the date & be paid within seven days after confirmation of the booking and balance of the package to be paid one month before your actual wedding date, this does not include the extra F$25 bank fees or credit card fee of 3.5%. This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be claimed for items not utilized or for any service that you were not happy with or if in any case if you have cancelled the wedding booking. A booking form will be sent to you in which we will need all information on the form to be filled and sent back to us. After filling the form, we will need the scanned originals of your legal documents to be sent to us. Wedding ceremony is held on the beach or wedding turf. There will be no price reduction for non-utilization of items from the full package. Event Terms and Conditions

· Event/Program Details: Delegate numbers, menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, room setups, starting and finishing times must all be confirmed in writing thirty (30) days prior to your Event. · Estimated catering numbers shall be supplied to the hotel by the Organiser a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the group arrival. · The final guaranteed number of persons attending each function should be submitted not later than seven (7) days prior to the group arrival. This number will be the minimum number of guests you will be charged for, with any increase in numbers being charged accordingly. · The hotel Run Down Document and Event Orders, will summarise your operational instructions and upon approval from yourself or your client, will form the basis of known catering and miscellaneous charges. · Should the Yatule Resort & Spa Sales & Reservations team not receive signed Banquet Event Orders or a Rundown by the listed due dates, all meals and arrangements for your group will be automatically allocated at the Resort’s discretion suitable to that event and all charges will be applied accordingly regardless of any final decision. The Resort understands that there are always adjustments required after this date and your requirements will be covered on a subject to availability basis · Event Amendments: The Resort’s Sales & Reservations Department must receive all amendments, including cancellation and delegate reduction in writing. The Resort will not be held responsible for delivery of services not received in writing. · Function Cancellation / Postponement – If your event needs to be cancelled or postponed notification must be made in writing to the hotel and the following charges will apply: Once the contract has been signed and the deposit received the deposit will be forfeited. If the Event should go outside the agreed times, the Resort reserves the right to impose a labour charge for each hour and part hour the Resort space is occupied, as well as an adjusted Event Space charge to reflect the additional time utilised. · Surcharges: The following surcharges will apply: Public Holiday F$10.00 per delegate per event After midnight F$10.00 per delegate per hour · Outside Contractors: For all exhibitions and stage setups produced by outside contractors, plans must be approved by the Resort’s Operations Manager a minimum of 30 days prior to your Event. The outside contractors must liaise with the Operations Manager in all matters of delivery, setup and breakdown and a surcharge will apply. The Resort has its own Event & Wedding Planner – Paradise Bride · Conduct of Function: The Group must conduct the Function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with the applicable laws, comply and ensure compliance by all persons in attendance with the same and with all reasonable directions of the Hotel. The Group must ensure no disturbance or nuisance will be caused to the Complex or any of its guests, visitors or neighbours. The Hotel is entitled to remove any person from an Event with behaviour, in the opinion of the Hotel, is objectionable, improper or undesirable. · Entertainment Noise: Please note under no circumstance are bands, DJ’s or any form of live entertainment permitted to perform past 10.30pm in outdoor venues or 12.00 midnight in Indoor venues due to the close proximity of accommodation rooms within the Yatule Resort & Spa premises unless the Resort is on buyout. Timings will be disclosed at time of booking. · Displays or signage - No items are to be attached, pinned or glued to the wall / surface of any area of the Hotel. Signage to be placed in public areas must be approved by the Operations Manager and limited to one free-standing banner per room.

The Group shall immediately pay to the Hotel the cost of rectification of any damage. · Advertising: The group shall not use the name, trademark, logo or other proprietary designation of Yatule Resort & Spa Natadola Beach in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written approval of the hotel. The Hotel shall accept the same restrictions with respect to the use of the Group's name, trademark or logo and other proprietary designation. · Delivery and Collection of Goods: Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials, which will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required. Our Receiving Dock is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm - Monday through to Friday. Advance arrangements must be made through the Sales & Reservations Executive for weekend deliveries. Please refrain from shipping materials more than five (5) days prior to the meeting date.
