• The Parent Engagement Survey is a 29-item web-based questionnaire.

• 27 close-ended items• 2 open-ended items

• Schools can add up to six additional customized items (5 close-ended items and 1 open-ended item) on any topic, at no extra cost.

• Parents indicate level of agreement with statements using a 5-point Likert-type response scale ranging from 1(Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).
