Indoor Soccer

for youth and teens, ages 13-35, with disabilities

Marion Diehl Gymnasium, 2219 Tyvola Road

Feb 19 – March 12, 2015 (Thursdays)

This indoor soccer league is designed to

further develop your soccer skills. Participants

will have the opportunity to work on dribbling,

shooting, and passing. A scrimmage will be

played at the end of every session.

Adaptive Baseball

for youth and teens, ages 6-21, with disabilities

Marion Diehl Adaptive Field, 2229 Tyvola Road

(Queens Sports Complex)

March 18 – May 06, 2015 (Wednesdays) practices

*No practice on April 8th*

6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (youth and teens)

March 21 – May 19, 2015 (Saturdays) games

10:00 am – 11:00 am (youth)

11:00 am – 12:00 pm (teens)

$50.00 – includes cap, jersey, and equipment use

School’s Out Club for Youth

for youth, ages 6-12, with disabilities

During this school day out, children will take a field trip,

play games, make crafts, and engage in physical

activities! All of these activities are used to promote peer

interaction and appropriate social skills, physical activity,

and independence.

Paralympic Boccia

For teens and adults, age 13 and older, with a physical

disability

Test your strategy. The object of boccia is to throw/roll a

game ball closest to the target ball. This program is part

For young women with disabilities ages 16 and up

Welcome to a super-charged ladies night! Spill Your

Beans provides the opportunity for young women to talk

about and gain support for issues they’re facing in their

lives, such as health & safety, independent living,

relationships, friendships, and self-esteem (participants

will have the opportunity to choose the topics to learn

about). Each month we will host a guest speaker or lead a

discussion about issues that are important to you.
