Meet Pronto Back when I was responsible for Windows SBS at Microsoft I

thought a lot about the challenges our smaller partners had

with marketing. When, after 12+ years, I left Microsoft I

founded Pronto Marketing with the sole focus to help small

and mid-sized IT service providers get their marketing in

gear.

For these I know your To Do list is long, clients come first

while updating your website or putting together a newsletter

is always something you’ll do “next week”. What Pronto

provides is a service to proactively take care of this and

more. You might think of us as Managed Services for

indicated the company website as likely to influence

their opinion – second only after personal contact

with a firm.

Pronto SEO Kicks-In

Methodical Process = Results

For every new client as soon as they sign-up we get a

snap-shot of their SEO and SERPs (Search Engine Results

Pages).

In the case of Intelligent Technical Solutions they were

not Google ranked for most terms. Their website went

live June 11 and quickly climbed in the SERPs.

We use the Woorank benchmark report

which provides an analysis of over 20

factors in SEO. It is very rare for an IT

services site to rate over-50. Most Pronto

sites get into the mid-to high 40’s. Most

come to us with an existing site in the 20-

30’s range.
