KHAP PANCHAYAT rules Discouragement of women not to go outside of house,

mobile phones are not allowed for girls etc. is not a solution for these problems, because women are equal to men according to law & have all rights to live their life in their desirable way.

The real problem is this they are not able to protect themselves when they are attacked by someone.

One will encourage to deal with such kind of problem by themselves along with police & their guardians.

Protection Despite of all the laws, rules and regulation crime

against women are not decreasing.

To protect women the best way is that make them able to protect themselves i.e. self defense.

Self defense is the only way by which they can save themselves from any kind of danger outside the house as well as inside the house.

Self defense The technique and precautions by which one became able

to save herself, is self defense.

Women should take precautions against all type of danger around them. It is their right to live in their own way, but they should take precaution of their surroundings.

Self defense also include to save themselves from any attack-

Judo

Karate

Taekwondo

Safety feature products etc.

Self defense in educational system The only way by which self defense training spread all over the country

is through education. Self defense should be a compulsory subject in schools and colleges. If it would be compulsory than its training will be provided to

everyone. Through schools and colleges self defense will spread all over the

country. By this girls can take self defense training because most of the girls

can’t join the self defense training institute because of some reasons like-

some are not allowed to join these institute by family members. Some can’t join because of financial problems Some doesn’t feel that they need these kind of training until they are

attacked.

Page 9: TheAspirants

Only Self defense can’t protect women from all kind of danger.

It only protect women from danger outside the home but today women are not so safe in their own houses.

They became victim of domestic violence, child discrimination, and victim of dowry killings.

If self defense became mandatory than all the girls can have this kind of training.

So they have to stand on their own to fight these kind of situation for there rights.
