In exercise of powers delegated vide G.O.Ms.No.74/2008/F3 dated 15.12.2008

of Finance Department, Puducherry, sanction of the Secretary to Government

(Fisheries), Puducherry is hereby conveyed to incur an expenditure not exceeding

Rs .17,31,565/- (Rupees seventeen lakhs thirty one thousand five hundred and sixty

five only) towards reimbursement of Sales Tax on HSD oil procured by reg istered

fish ing boat owners in the Puducherry region of the Union Territory of Puducherry for

the period from 01.08.2013 to 13.10.2013 as detailed in the Annexure enclosed , under

the Scheme "Development of Marine Fisheries through mechanization and

reimbursement of Sales Tax on High Speed Diesel Oil".
