Introduction by MD

2011 is expected to be another exciting year for International Slot Machine Sales (ISMS Ltd). The company’s growth in the last 36 months has continued with there now being nine offices situated around the world in different countries.

ISMS is now better positioned to provide global coverage through a network of sales and support staff to offer an efficient and effective alternative of placing recognised and

proven gaming machines in casinos or venues in all markets.

The vision of ISMS is to maintain a position in the market as the number one supplier of choice of refurbished used slot machine by quickly and efficiently meeting customer expectations. To provide an enhanced service for established customers ISMS launched in April last year an in-house finance option.

ISMS can organise freight of products from anywhere around the world by way of:

➜ Sea freight — delivery to any nominated port of convenience.

➜ Air freight — as organised in special circumstances.

➜ Road freight — generally within a continent or country as requested.

Containerised shipment lots of gaming machines is the most commonly used form of transport adopted to supply customers from any of the ISMS warehouse sites. Typically 36 gaming machines (single stacked) can be loaded into a 20 foot container and 72 gaming machines (single stacked) into the larger 40 foot container.

Freight forwarding arrangements for ISMS customers can be organised through the ISMS Freight Forwarding Agency based in Sydney.

Alternatively ISMS customers can use their own freight forwarding agency.
