Appearance

The wooly false vampire bat is a mega bat it has big ears, rhino like nose and brownish/grayish fur color.

Diet

The woolly false vampire bat has a variety of different diets. Some of the bats diets are fruit ,small birds, and lizards but its main food is other bats. The bat finds its food by sight and hearing.

Habitat

The woolly false vampire bat lives places such as central and south America, southern Mexico, and northern Argentina. You can find them in warm subtropical rainforest, caves, and sometimes in a log.

Other facts

The wooly false nosed bat can take on prey up to 70 grams.

They give birth to a single young in period of 100 days. They fly usually 1-2 meters above ground. There are usually 1-7 bats in a colonies
