Location Steeple Claydon is one of the largest villages in the Aylesbury Vale district of Buckinghamshire, England. The village comprises a post office, two pubs, Co-op supermarket

and bakery and is home to the oldest public lending library known. There is also a church, doctor’s surgery, dentist and a nursery. The village primary school is only 0.5 miles from the property. The Buckingham School (secondary

comprehensive) and Royal Latin School (secondary grammar) are both five miles away. There is good access to the main arterial roads including the
