    Deposit

    A non-Refundable deposit of 100.00 and signed

    contract is required to confirm your date

    Hours

    Luncheons are permitted four hours of time

    And must end by 4:00 pm

    Evening events are permitted five hours of time

    and may begin 5:00 pm or later

    Hosts are permitted to enter the room one hour

    prior of the start of the event. No more than 3 guests

    are permitted in early to set up. Guests will not be

    permitted to enter the designated room before the

    arranged start time

    The Menu

    The menus in this guide are only a sampling of

    What we provide. The chefs at The Westwood can

    Customize any menu just for you. A $75.00 labor fee

    Will be added to any buffet requested for less than 30

    Guests. All food and beverages are subject to a 7% sales

    Tax and 20% event charge.

    Guarantee

    Event attendance must be estimated at the time of booking.

    A final guarantee of attendance is due to the catering office

    by Noon two weeks prior to your event. If your final

    guarantee Of attendance is not received by this time, the

    expected number Of guests on the event contract will be

    considered your final Guarantee. In the event your numbers

    decrease after the final Guarantee is submitted, you are

    obligated to pay for the amount

    Of the guarantee. If the number increases after the final

    guarantee Is submitted, we will do our best to

    accommodate the change but may need to substitute an

    entrée selection to accommodate your additional guests.

    Westwood reserves the right to relocate any event or divide

    the Grand Ballroom.

    Cancellations

    Any cancellations must be submitted in writing and may

    Final Payment & Event Order

    Final Payment and a copy of your signed event order is due

    one week prior to your event. We accept cash, money

    orders, credit/debit cards, business checks. No personal

    checks will be accepted for final payment. An additional 3%

    convenience charge will be applied to any payment over

    $100 on any payment made with a credit/debit card.

    Closing Policy

    Bar service ends at 1:30 am and all guests must vacate the build-

    ing by 1:45 am.

    Alcohol Policy

    All staff of the Westwood will make every attempt to determine

    the age of individuals who order drinks. Staff will not serve alco-

    hol to underage guests. Any guests who, in the opinion of the

    staff appear to be intoxicated will be refused alcohol service.

    Food and Beverage Regulations

    All Federal, State, and Local laws with regards to food and bev-

    erage purchase and consumption are strictly observed. All food

    and alcohol must be purchased through the Westwood with the

    exception of cake, and cookies. No food prepared by the West-

    wood, including remaining uneaten food for the event may be

    taken out of the Westwood.

    Decorations

    Tape, nails and pins are not permitted on the walls, linens, or

    draperies. Confetti and glitter are not allowed in the Westwood.

    Open flame candles must be contained in glass jars. Westwood

    holiday décor will remain in rooms as it is set up. Any removal of

    or adjustments made to the Westwood holiday décor will re-

    quire a fee. Please discuss with the event manager prior to your

    event.

    Damages

    Any damages to the premises or equipment of Westwood is the

    sole responsibility of the host of the event.

    Entertainment/Outside Vendors (Ballroom only)

    Dj’s and other entertainment must be set up one hour prior to

    the start of the event and must vacate the designated room

    within one hour of the event completion. In the case that there

    is more than one party in the Ballroom at the same time no

    entertainment will be permitted. No equipment may be left

    overnight

    Please supervise children at all times

    From the South Hills: Follow Lebanon Church Road past the Allegheny Country Airport, staying in the left lane. At the first traffic light, bear left onto Buttermilk Hollow Road. Follow Buttermilk hollow road to the first traffic light and turn right onto Thompson Run Road. Bear left at the stop sign onto Homestead Duquesne Road and proceed up the hill to the first traffic light and turn right onto Commonwealth Ave. West-

    wood Golf Club is approximately ½ mile on the right.

    From Pittsburgh via the Parkway East: Take the Homestead/Squirrel Hill exit 74 and merge onto Beechwood Blvd. Continue straight onto

    Browns Hill Road. Proceed over the Homestead Grays Bridge, staying in the left lane to go straight up the hill onto West Street. Continue on West Street until it ends at the cemetery and turn right onto

    West Run Road. This road will turn first into Brierly Lane, and then Commonwealth Avenue. Westwood Golf Club is approximately ½ mile on the right once you are on Commonwealth Ave.

    From Monroeville via the Parkway East: Take the Edgewood/Swissvale exit 77. At the traffic light, turn left onto South Braddock Avenue. Con-

    tinue onto Kenmawr Ave/ South Braddock Avenue across the Rankin Bridge. At the traffic light at the

    end of the bridge, turn left onto Kennywood Boulevard. Proceed on Kennywood Boulevard to the sec-

    ond traffic light past the entrance to Kennywood Park, and turn right at the McDonald’s onto Hoffman

    Blvd. At the top of the hill, the road ends; turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue. Proceed through

    one traffic light, Westwood Golf Club is approximately 1 mile on the left.
