It is an exciting time, but also a time of anxiety for many. Please pray for our seniors as they either celebrate their success or wait patiently for their letters. They have worked very hard and deserve our love and support through this pro- cess. Please continue to check the announcements in this newsletter regarding our college acceptances (see page 2). Another kind of acceptance letter has been going out this week. We have had an amazing response this year for our incoming freshman class. Dozens of acceptance letters have already been delivered. We are looking forward to seeing this new fresh- man class next year. Space will be limited in this class due to an extremely large pool of 8 th graders this year. If you know someone who is interested in Lopez for next year, please tell them to apply right away. We would love to welcome them to the Green Wave family. Dear Father Lopez Families,

We are in the season where we are getting news of college acceptances on a daily

basis. It is an exciting time, but also a time of anxiety for many. Please pray for our

seniors as they either celebrate their success or wait patiently for their letters. They

have worked very hard and deserve our love and support through this pro-

ACT TESTING

All 11th graders will take the ACT on February 25.

All 9th graders will take the ACT Aspire on March 31.

Both days will be early release for all students!

As announced on January 17th, Scoir

will be our new college guidance system.

Students in grades 9-11 should have had the opportunity to
