The Weekly Wave February 7. 2020
Dear Father Lopez Families,
We are in the season where we are getting news of college acceptances on a daily
basis. It is an exciting time, but also a time of anxiety for many. Please pray for our
seniors as they either celebrate their success or wait patiently for their letters. They
have worked very hard and deserve our love and support through this pro-
cess. Please continue to check the announcements in this newsletter regarding our
college acceptances (see page 2).
Another kind of acceptance letter has been going out this week. We have had an
amazing response this year for our incoming freshman class. Dozens of acceptance
letters have already been delivered. We are looking forward to seeing this new fresh-
man class next year. Space will be limited in this class due to an extremely large pool
of 8th graders this year. If you know someone who is interested in Lopez for next
year, please tell them to apply right away. We would love to welcome them to the
Green Wave family.
I am sorry to ask this again, but if you have not done so already, please click the link
and take a moment to respond to our accreditation survey.
Peace be with you,
Leigh Svajko
Principal
