My Street Memories and Reflections with Diana Krohn– Diana Krohn’s evolving career as a
secretary, teacher, saleswoman and corporate helicopter engineer was always supplemented
by volunteering in her community. As a retiree, family, friends, learning and extensive volun-
teer activities keep her busy and fulfilled. Poetry as been her mode of expression; this is her
first book. She leaves nothing out. The good and the bad, her hopes and fears, become evi-
dent in her stories. Living in a neighborhood of immigrants in a cramped apartment with as-
sorted hand-me-downs, Diana’s vision of life formed from playing with the kids on the street;
her reflections and guiding principles come from experience. (Tuesday at 1PM-Cinema Room)
Sock Hop-Put on your dancing shoes! John Urzi – known as "Johnny Knight" to many radio
listeners for 30 years at various radio stations from the St. Louis area to Phoenix. In addition
to his professional career as a morning radio personality, John also performed on stage with
many of the entertainers from Branson, Missouri, the Grand Ole Opry, Disneyland and many
state fairs. Now retired, "Johnny Knight" enjoys entertaining and playing music for special
events and dances, interacting with the audiences. (Friday at 1PM-Main Street)
