Roxbury, Oct. 15. — A turkey supper will be served a t the Meth­odist jchlirch Oct. 23. I t is the first event to be held in the church since the basement was entirely redecorated.

The basement now has a beauti­ful floor of asphalt tile in brown s q u ^ s , and the woodwork is light Wue with a cream ceiling. ’The furniture has be«i painted light blue, 'th e kitchen is pale lavender and cream for contrast.

The renovation is a fine example of teamwork, as everyone worked together to do the painting, floors, etc. ’Hie effect is as beautiful as a magazine picture, and the Methodists are all very proud of their church.

Phoemcia, Oct. 13;—A 15-year- old boy was arrested Friday night in Gordon’s Pharmacy by Cpl. Ray Dunn of the state police and Constable Marshall Yerry ^ d will be given a hearing in children’s court. ,

*rhe boy was arrested when he entered the store after closing hours through an unlocked door in an unused back room. Con­stable Yerry wasi hidden in the store and Cpl. Dunn waited nearby after the proprietor had informed state police tlia t he had found the doofT unlocked (m several previousoccasions.

Cpl. Dunn said the boy had ad­m itted entering the store several times before and had taken be­tween, $25 and $30.
