● If you’re already using a reverse osmosis filtration system to eliminate contaminants from your drinking water, well done: you’re well on the way to drinking clean, healthy water. With that being said, the water you are getting is not alkaline. ● The reason for this is that while your system works well at removing impurities, it also removes minerals in the process (some examples of minerals are nitrate and metals-based drugs - but also calcium and magnesium - unfortunately you can’t just remove the bad and leave the good).
