The main goal of the project is to provide youth workers with knowledge, skills and tools
to enable them to change attitudes about social issues in participating communities and
to help increase social projects initiated by disadvantaged young people.
OBJECTIVES:
✓ Improving the know-how in the social entrepreneurship of the 24 youth workers through the
exchange of good practices;
✓ Increasing the number of projects / social business of the partners (involving disadvantaged
young people), through the formation of 24 youth workers in entrepreneurial skills /
European funds, as well as through consultancy services financing;
✓ Developing the organizational capacity of partners by: exchanging best practices and
international cooperation, promoting and disseminating the materials created.
THE HOSTING ORGANIZATION
Youth Vision Association took birth in the project "0 Discrimination, 100% Participation!" project
funded by Youth in Action Program. Youth Vision aims being a cohesive and dynamic space, creating
educational, cultural, social and recreational projects that promote its mission, values and goals. The
projects and motilities promoted by the Youth Vision Association are destined to every citizen, and
can take place on a local, national and international level, taking advantage of partnerships and
networks with other public and private organizations. Any citizen, regardless of age, gender,
occupation, race and nationality can become participant of motilities / projects that Youth Vision
implements / is partner. Youth Vision intends to offer to the participants / volunteers of other
countries the chance: to have vocational orientation and/or labor experience to improve their
capacities, to acquire know-making to be initiated in a professional career and to reach the success.
Youth Vision Association provides assistance and services in the field of education, economic and
social development, promotes human rights and democracy and offers consulting and training
services to organizations and individuals in the field of entrepreneurship, social economy, informal
qualifications, vocational education and training, through forums, conferences/seminars,
collaboration with other institutions and other such activities. Youth Vision has implemented a
number of local activities, with a focus on inclusion for vulnerable youth.
THE VENUE
Constanta - is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Romania. It was founded around 600 BC. The
city is located in the Dobrogea region of Romania, on the Black Sea coast. It is the capital of
Constanța County and the largest city in the region.
The accomodation will be in Eforie Nord (14 km from Constanta city).

ACCOMMODATION
We will be hosted at Pensiunea Roxana in Eforie Nord. The accommodation will be provided in
double rooms and apartments, with private bathroom included. The breakfast, lunch and dinner will
be at the pension. Some rooms have double beds.
PARTICIPANTS ➢ 24 participants from 8 different countries. ➢ 3 participants per country. ➢ No age limit for the participation. But not less than 18 years old.
The selection of participants will be a participative process between the hosting organization, the facilitating team and the sending organization.
What to prepare and bring:
• During the training session all the participants will have the opportunity share information
about their own countries. Each national group has to prepare for Day 2 a presentation (visual, ppt, flipchart) on the local context regarding unemployment of young people. The presentation must have information about: youth unemployment statistics, social enterprises on local / national level, best practice regarding funding young entrepreneurs, national / international programs.
• For the intercultural night don `t forget to bring with you: NGO presentation (this will be a
specific activity within the TC) – ppt, posters, guides, flyers, other documents; local food and drinks; national costumes, music & videos. Please consider to take as much as you can because we will invite some other special guests to our intercultural sessions.
• We will have a short visit to the city hall so take into consideration to bring something office…if you feel comfortable.
TRAVEL COSTS We will reimburse your travel costs according to the rules of the Erasmus + Program. Reimbursement process of the travel costs will start upon presenting original tickets, receipts / invoices and boarding passes. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket, receipt or invoice. The reimbursement process will start once: - We have all the necessary documents regarding your travel costs (invoices, tickets, and travel costs document). - The dissemination of the results of this training course has been done by your sending organization (each partner will have one dissemination activity after the mobility of youth workers).
❖ IMPORTANT NOTE: We will try to find the best option for your travel from Bucharest airport to Constanta (Eforie Nord). We intend to rent a bus to take you to the location and also to bring you back to the airport. For this we will take approx. 60 euros from your travel reimbursement so we can cover the bill for the bus. The final amount will be established after we have all participants and hours. HOW TO CHANGE MONEY In Bucharest airport you can change euros to Romanian currency – RON. It is a bit expensive there but you can change not so much. will be a bit difficult to change currency. In case you are travelling with local money we suggest you to change it in Euros before coming to Romania (we don t accept Euros in local stores or any other places). At the location we will show you where can you change Euros in RON.
WEATHER The weather is quite unpredictable this spring, so bring warm clothes with you because the weather is very cold for this time of the year and it rains very often.
