• Joint effort led by BCSP and American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP)

• 10,282 responses

• Median annual base salary: $97,000

Findings:

• Certified SH&E professionals typically earn $20,000 MORE per year than those with no licenses or certifications

• CSP is higher: $30,000 more per year*
