(Rev 14:14-20) And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a

sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the

cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is

ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. And another angel

came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came out from

the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of

the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even

unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

NOTES

What we find here in this passage is the clear teaching that there will be 2 stages to his 2nd coming.

These stages are seen in the 2 harvests that are described

The 1st is a harvest of grain that will be stored in the barn. (Post Trib. Rapture)

The 2nd is a harvest of grapes that will be stomped in wrath (Battle of Armageddon)

Page 7: The Tribulation

NOTES

The 2nd coming is seen in the Old Testament in the picture of the feast of Tabernacles

The 2nd coming is seen in the New Testament in the parable of the Wheat and Tares

The 2nd coming is seen in the New Testament in the teaching of the True Vine

(Rev 16:13-16) And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of

the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they

are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that

great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that

watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his

shame. And he gathered them together into a place called in the

Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Page 20: The Tribulation

(Psa 2:1-4) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the

earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against

his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and

cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall

laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

Page 21: The Tribulation

(Isa 34:2) For the indignation of the LORD is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he

hath delivered them to the slaughter.

(Joe 3:2) I will also gather all nations, and will bring them

down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for

my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the

nations, and parted my land.

Page 22: The Tribulation

(Joe 3:12-14) Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the

heathen round about. Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe:

come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for

their wickedness is great. Multitudes, multitudes in the

valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley

of decision.

Page 23: The Tribulation

(Zec 14:2-4) For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city

shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off

from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the

mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall

cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall

be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north,

and half of it toward the south.

Page 24: The Tribulation

(Zep 3:8) Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the

nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my

fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my

jealousy.

The Valley of Armageddon

Page 29: The Tribulation

NOTES

This valley is also know as Jerzeel

Page 30: The Tribulation

(1Ki 21:23) And of Jezebel also spake the LORD,

saying, The dogs shall eat Jezebel by the wall of

Jezreel.

Page 31: The Tribulation

(2Ki 9:33-37) And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down: and some of her

blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trode her under foot. And

when he was come in, he did eat and drink, and said, Go, see now this cursed woman, and bury her: for she is a king's daughter.

And they went to bury her: but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and

the palms of her hands. Wherefore they came again, and told him. And he said, This is the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel: And the carcase of Jezebel shall be

as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel; so that they shall not say,

This is Jezebel.

(Rev 19:13-15) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in

blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies

which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should

smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and

he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty

God.

Page 36: The Tribulation

(Rev 16:12-16) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water

thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be

prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the

mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the

mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working

miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty…And he gathered

them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Page 37: The Tribulation

(Rev 9:14) Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great

river Euphrates.

(Rev 9:15) And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an

hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

(Rev 9:16) And the number of the army of the horsemen were two

hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

Page 38: The Tribulation

NOTES

In this valley 200 million men sanctioned by the United Nations (10 kingdoms of the Antichrist) will gather to make war with GOD!

Christ according to Rev. 19 and 14 will stamp out this army with his foot…

Page 39: The Tribulation

Right now there are 14 million Jews on this planet

When this False Christ gets done there will be a 10th of the population

That’s about 13 million be killed in the 3 ½ year period.

There will be 200 million to come against the Jews at Armageddon .

That is 200 men for every 1 Jew

Page 40: The Tribulation

NOTES

The average man has 10 pints of blood in him depending on size.

There are 8 pints in a gallon. Therefore a man has on average 1.25 gallons of blood

If there is 200 million men, you would have 250 million gallons of blood

Enough to fill 416 Olympic size swimming pools (164 ft L X 82 ft W X 6 ft 7 deep)

Enough to fill CHBC sanctuary 505 times

Page 41: The Tribulation

(Isa 63:1-3) Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from

Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of

his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. Wherefore art thou red in thine

apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me:

for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my

raiment.

Page 42: The Tribulation

(Isa 63:4-6) For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and

the year of my redeemed is come. And I looked, and there

was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold:

therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. And I will tread down

the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to

the earth.

Page 43: The Tribulation

(Rev 19:13-15) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in

blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies

which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should

smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty

God.

Page 44: The Tribulation

(Rev 19:17) And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves

together unto the supper of the great God;

Page 45: The Tribulation

(Psa 68:22) The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the

depths of the sea:

(Psa 68:23) That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine

enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.
