ICC SYDNEYEXHIBITION CENTRE

ICC Sydney’s internal exhibition space spans a total of 35,000sqm, 32,600sqm of which is situated over two levels within the Exhibition Centre as well as a 5,000 sqm open air Event Deck. The venue is a blank canvas, with a smart, stacked layout offering multiple configurations for any event or exhibition.

Improved loading facilities, designed to provide easy and efficient access into each hall independently. This allows ICC Sydney to run seven concurrent exhibitions/trade shows, conferences or bespoke events with simultaneous bump in across the two levels. Even at this capacity, each event has its own organiser’s office and breakout spaces.

During the design phase through to bump in, clients appreciate the Exhibition Centre’s professional high density rigging facility: its abundance of 1T and 2.5T ceiling points mean the venue is able to meet even the most complex of rigging requirements and event designs.

Combine all this with 540 floor pits in the Lower Halls and 384 pits in the Upper Halls (all with both power and internet capabilities), and it’s easy to see why ICC Sydneys Exhibition Centre offers a flexible and easy space to plan and setup an event.

SMART LECTERNSAT ICC SYDNEY

Smart lecterns make presenting at ICC Sydney smooth sailing. Each lectern has a built in computer, microphone and touch screen 10” LCD monitor, displaying an identical image to that on the large screen: for presenters, there’s no turning your head to see what the guest sees. Additional 40” LCD fold back monitors can be installed if required.

All smart lecterns can be provided with the facility to plug in a laptop at the lectern. ICC Sydney offers HDMI and VGA with a 3.5 audio jack. This device can easily be switched on screen to the built in computer, providing further flexibility and smooth transitioning between presentations, all by a touch on the control panel at the lectern.

The speaker presentation network is fully connected to each smart lectern, allowing ultrafast connectivity to the Speaker Preparation Centre without the time hassle or cost of setup.

Smart lecterns also come set up with a remote slide advancer, mouse and keyboard, all clearly marked for the presenter’s convenience and comfort, at no additional cost.

Please refer to our Lectern Information and Specification fact sheets below.
