TheCountymakesnorepresentation,expressedorimplied,astotheconditionofanyproperty,warrantyoftitle,orastothesuitabilityofanyforanyparticularuseoroccupancy.PurchasersshallberesponsibleforinvestigationandascertainingfromtheappropriateBuildingInspector’srecordsthelegalpermitteduseofanypropertypriortoAuction.
