We are a 35 years old MEP company operating in Dubai, Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia; we have over

the years procured a comprehensive and diverse staff population fully skilled and qualified in their area

of expertise.

To date Target has created itself a name, a brand and standard in the market which is recognizable by

Owners, Consultants, Construction Companies and other MEP’s as a mark of knowledge, expertise,

quality, service and on-time delivery of projects.

Our company has developed to satisfy the construction market by training and qualifying our engineers

to a very high standard in the MEP area. This enables Target to offer three quarters of the complete

MEP package to our client through our own staff, which acts to reduce dependency on sub-contractors,

therefore reducing the risks associated with third party contractors to a manageable proportion, which in

turn enable us to guaranteeing, Quality, Service and on-time delivery.

To date our company has obtained DEWA, SEWA and FIC approval certification, with membership at

the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) and the IEEE.

Our Engineers has 35 years combined experience in the industry with qualifications ranging from

Bachelor to PhD in all of the subjects under the heading of MEP.

We are dedicated to project management and as a consequence of our dedication we have been

building owners based on must have services such as mobile phone networks.

Our wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise gives us the edge in the mobile network arena allowing us to

be able to provide the best solutions for mobile In-Building.

Our partners in Mobile phone in-building networking, like us understands the requirements for a future proof

network solution, because technology is changing so rapidly it becomes a costly affair to continuously keep

changing the elements of the network to suit the new technology requirements.

We believe that the building wiring should remain the same without any major changes and that all services any

amount of telecom operators in the region should be effected only on one antenna and not multiple antenna

systems, which spoils the aesthetics of the building.

Our solution provides just such a system where GSM from more than one operator can be distributed evenly in

any building. Added to that it should also apply to other wireless services such as Wifi, which should also be fed

through the same antenna and network system?

Target Systems being a construction centric company propose the use of the building structured cabling system to

enable the distribution of Mobile and Wifi services from multiple services providers utilizing the our equipment

shown above.

Stores

Target has multipurpose stores in Sharjah & Dubai which serves our MEP activities in these Emirates, ensuring

that our material supplies are no t too far away from the source of our construction.

In the past we had created remote storage facilities in Abu Dhabi, Ajman and RAK,

to facilitate our operations in those areas.

Our normal practice is to create a store schedule for any site office to ensure that we only

hold 30 days worth of materials at any given instance.

It is critical to plan materials in our work well in order that we can maintain this precise scheduling and logistics

for our site stores. Whilst adhering to a quality and safety system.

We have computerized our stores transactions to ensure that precise controlling of the materials and the ordering

and delivery is maintained.

As part of our stores policy and quality control we ensure that our storing policies maintain the manufacturer’s

recommendation for the storage of any materials.

Quality Control & Assurance

Target utilizes QA/QC procedures in its entire works, in line with the ISO9001 procedures, at all levels of the

company to ensure quality, procurement, installation, pre-commissioning and testing for all projects. We utilize

our QA/QC along with our project management methodologies to ensure quality, risks are averted and that we

have a uniform, safe and quality installation of any project.

Quality control is taken very seriously at Target and because of this there are three levels of key personnel

responsible for the maintenance and constant appraisal of our quality system.

The members of our staff responsible for Quality process and procedures and policing them are the directors,

general managers and the project managers. We also ensure that our entire staff is ofay with our quality policy,

we utilize periodical training or information download about quality to our staff at least four times a year.

Target QA program implements uniform quality policies, procedures and instructions, which ensures that

equipment, installations, commissioning and testing adheres to regulatory codes and provisions and follows the

ISO 9001 standards and requirements.

Although the project team is self checking and provides quality control, the members of staff responsible for

quality along with our dedicated quality manager, independently, routinely, audit various areas of development of

the work, product and services to maintain a random sampling of the work or service is acceptable, the project is

defined and is on schedule.

Quality Goals To ensure high quality of work, services and products

To emphasize the need for planning, communicating, project goals and personal responsibilities

in any work assignment.

To establish a program of procedures and checking which assures proper review and approval of

the work to document whilst carrying out reviews regularly.

To provide adequate controls of the work quality

To ensure that all works is done on schedule and complies with the project specifications,

regulations, codes, standards, clients requirements and accepted industry practices

Develop quality consciousness amongst all project team members

Ensure that quality of purchased materials, equipment, services, drawings and other facilities

complies with the project requirements and client specifications.

To achieve effective QA/QC in any project execution

To ensure that work, products, services conforms to the contractual requirements, standards,

quality, workmanship, and documentation

Ensure QA/QC is enforced.

Auditing The members of staff responsible for quality will audit the project and independently the QA/QC

manager will create a quality procedure for the project.

Audit the scope of the project

Audit the project in the first phase of the development

Audit at regular intervals to ensure all procedures are being fulfilled

Each MEP discipline will be audited at least 4 timed during the life cycle of the project.

At regular intervals the progress of the project will be audited and compared to the schedule
